The Play Area Group is working in partnership with Calderdale Council to create a play area for children under 11 next to the New Delight Inn (also called the Newdy) in Blackshaw Head. The group has done a site plan for the play area and have had it costed. The owner of the Newdy has given permission to the project. We now just need to raise nearly £50,000 to be able to implement the project!
